Dami D. Park - Associate

Ms. Park developed well-rounded lawyering skills early in her career through several internships obtained during her law school years. While working in the chambers of the Honorable Lisa Rose of the Superior Court of New Jersey and when advocating on behalf of the City of Newark, Ms. Park learned to be an efficient problem solver in dynamic, fast-paced environments. At The Webman Group, Ms. Park advanced her contract drafting and analytical skills while assisting in the representation of legendary recording artists in their intellectual property matters. Ms. Park’s other legal experience includes representing pro se consumer debt defendants in the New York City Civil Court, preparing uncontested divorce filings for pro se clients in the Bronx Supreme Court, and conducting research on issues pertaining to Copyright and Intellectual Property law for Professor Justin Hughes of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Park marketed mobile music and game products at a start-up company in Korea, and settled problems relating to copyright ownership of music and mechanical royalties at the Harry Fox Agency in New York City. In these endeavors, she made use of her knowledge in accounting, finance, and regression analysis to assist clients in making strategic business decisions.

Ms. Park obtained her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as a staff editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal.
